Bring your crew and join us for an afternoon of vibrant Gond art at Nido's Backyard. We're partnering with Ayurda Arts to explore a traditional folk art form rooted in the Gond tribal communities of central India—and create something beautiful together in a BIPOC adult affinity space.

Gond art is all flowing lines, rhythmic patterns, and nature-inspired imagery that brings animals, trees, and folklore to life through dots, dashes, and detail. Ayurda artists will guide you step by step through traditional techniques, but this isn't about perfection—it's about connecting to a cultural practice, learning from the artists who've kept it alive, and making something that tells a story.

You'll create your own Gond-inspired painting on canvas to take home. Whether you've never picked up a brush or you're an experienced creative, this afternoon is about exploring a rich artistic tradition while supporting the artists in India (100% of proceeds from Ayurda Arts go directly back to them).
